There are different exercise profiles in Oregon Scientific application for downloading as shown below:
Running
Monitor running speed, distance & calories burned matching your desired heart rate zone.
Cycling
Measure cycling speed, distance, cadence and calories burned matching your desired heart rate zone.
Swimming
Count strokes, laps and calories burned after calibration in your desired pool size.
Workout
Monitor and record reps & sets counted to achieve your desired workout.
Activity
Track daily and weekly steps, distance and time consumption.
Fishing
Forecast the best harvest time range for fishing at your location in next 14 days.
Hiking
Monitor the differences among the altitude, barometric and sea level pressure during hiking.
Weather
View the current temperature and the weather forecast (Sunny, Cloudy and Rainy) for the next 12-24 hours on the watch.
